I just visited the National Mini Rex Rabbit Club website which has recently been updated. It is very user-friendly and gorgeous -- http://www.nmrrc.com/ . I was pleasantly surprised to see us listed as #5 in Opal Points nationwide. This also only included 4 shows.
We have a very small showing group of opals but they are also strong competitors! The foundation stock was from Kathie Z and we have been consistent and have two litters upcoming.
I have always found opals to be one of the most beautiful of the Mini Rex. They have beautiful color and rings when they are correct. The last edition of the NMRRC magazine featured this variety.
